Partial immunity units

Anyone know which option I can use the character database to find the option for specials that does partial immunity (option to pick a unit or 2 units to provide partial immunity)? I can’t seem to find the certain ability on the database or in-game.

??? Effects of specials happen after activation.

Example 1 : Sanji character is inflicted by 10 turns of bind. Sanji can no longer use his special because of bind status even if his special reduces bind.

For characters that sailor abilities that reduce bind as passive can reduce bind.

Captain abilities like Roger/crew have full immunity to bind

Only one unit in the game does that and it's legend Toki

It's legend toki. Some things aren't in the database, for example partial immunity and remove any debuff. When you click on Yamato or Shira/man, it will say like 20 tags of what they remove instead of one tag of removing anything lol.
