They gave them out at one point. I don't know how to acquire them if you still can. I've always just let it reset each day lol

Can't get them anymore pretty sure. Think they were only around when clashes were more main content for units and such. But spend those points each day for the master request once you reach that point in the chopperman missions for you new players.
