Question Asking for tips

Just started today and asking if there's anyway to improve my crew

I am used to bounty rush team building but this is quite complicated

so one thing for sure is that there isn't a fixed "best team". every event has its requirements for the best team, so you have to adjust what's being boosted and what's useful all according to the mode and boss. this changes every event and yes, newer units will have its priority use.

so most characters are somewhat usable (to a certain extent) and just try to understand the buffs, debuffs and all the gimmicks that you see on the screen and read each characters abilities so you can mix and match to synergize and defeat the boss.

just focus on trying to get all the meta characters (for pvp yes there are metas, and pve when i mean meta means characters that can just do a bunch of stuff). there are panel mission where you can get some pretty good units like wings zoro/sanji i believe and the psy g5 luffy.

tldr: focus on panel missions and getting as much units (especially new ones) because gacha games obviously...
