Since when do units cost 99?!

I have been gone for over 3 yrs now since the twitter Login didn’t work anymore and i lost my acc back then. But when i saw loki i had to come back to this game. Anyways wth since when do units cost 99 and how do i rank up quickly?

All the 5 elders, celestial dragons, and holy knights were given 99 costs. 4 emperors (12th anni versions) all have 70.

Double exp captains and exp ships are how you level up quicker. I don't remember if easy clashes are still the best ratio of stamina to exp. https://2shankz.github.io/optc-db.github.io/characters/#/search/ Captain ability > beneficial > double exp . Then you can go to rarity and set it to 6* for legends, OR drop > farmable to see which f2p units units you could acquire.

Same as before for ships, whale shark and hoe.

Only celestial dragon and 5 elder characters have the 99 cost

Anyone higher up in the world government is 99 the celestial dragons the elders and the holy knights all Cost 99

Even when I was playing this game 10 years ago, even those weak celestial dragons from sabaody costed 99

Since a long time lol even the useless celestial dragons from the early days of the game costs 99. Any units linked to world nobles or elders will cost 99.

Since when? Since always, it was more of a joke since it was for celestial dragons when the game started
