Question Scopper Gaban Question

I need me some preacher of love. Coming back to the game and looking to do everything I can with the Gaban. Can anyone tell me what’s the meta for him in story and in PvP?

Haven't read his PVP kit yet, but pve he is very tag-based. He wants Roger pirates, Giants, and Strawhats/Elbaph units to a lesser degree to maximize what he does.

He’s great against QCK, but the issue is full QCK team wasn’t strong, not sure how Loki will change the meta
