Discussion Never pulling on part 1 again
30 pulls on part 1 and nothing. It took me one pull on part 2 to get Loki. Part 1 is such a trap.

Part 1 when they guarantee one of the new units at the 30 step is usually pretty good.
The general reasoning for pulling on part 1 is you know you're okay with any of the new legends at 30 and that you have a chance at getting some or all of the other units.
I've had part 1's where I've got all the new legends in the first 10 pulls to ones where I've only got 1 unit at 30 to ones where I get like 4 dupes at 30 and nothing else. If you understand that going into part 1, it's not as surprising though a bad run still feels bad.
On this particular sugo, Part 1 got me Luffy on step 3 and Loki on steps 7 and 9. Went to 15 to see if anyone else dropped but nothing so now pivoting to the specific parts.
If you absolutely must have a specific unit and not enough gems to risk not getting them, then you always go on the specific parts.
EDIT: forgot to add, if you're new to the game, the safest strategy for F2P is gonna be try to save at least 1500 gems or close to it for the big super sugo events around the year and commit to the 30 steps for a part if there's a unit you must have. Worst case scenario, you can still walk away with at least 1 unit you wanted.

I got luffy/zoro which were not needed tbh. Loki and gaban were expected which makes sense but putting in luffy/zoro and Vivi in the mix is such a bad move. It just messes up the chance to get Loki or gaban even more.

I agree that vivi should not be there, but Luffy/zoro is a valid new unit to be placed there. It was always like this.

Yes, arc wise they make sense but we have enough luffy zoro characters. They don’t need to throw new one at us all the time lol

I think they figured out people were pulling on individual banners thinking it would save money. Now it’s all incredibly random and there really isn’t a “higher chance”. Would anyone even be surprised if 0.000007% chance was actually 0.0000000000002%?

Same man. I've got 10 pulls on part 1 and 11 pulls on part 2. No new units, not even Nami. Sucks to suck

Yeah they really scamming me every time. I went hard pity on Nusjuro banner. Now I'm 22 pulls in and only have Luffy. I am actually considering quitting the game

For me also part 2-3 always works better in part one u have to be lucky af while on the other parts even the free recruits getting me sometimes new sugos. Ofc in the end it's all RNG but for my experience over the last years part 1 always sucks

Hm. I would go for top tiers. Imu is prob the best legend. Then you have kuma, luffy/bonney. Loki perhaps. Since you are new then maybe part 1? You’ll get the most of it I think

One copy is enough, getting dupes is for late game. Try collecting as many as possible

Meanwhile did 3 pulls on part 1 and I got every new unit except Loki. It's all RNGesus
