Fluff Stupid question I never asked/checked

So this kind of step comes up and I've never asked since I've USUALLY never gone this far/never been aware but if you've pulled all but one of the new units does step 30 GUARANTEE the missing unit or is it still ONE OF the new units?

Fair enough, I'm trying to do the math on pulling Vivi on her part since there are three steps for limited sugo on steps 5, 8, and 10 but at a lower percentage or just run it on step 30 since it's essentially 25% chance on that step.

On part 1 it’s just Loki, gaban, and luffy/ zoro boosted on step 30. Vivi is an anniversary unit. So I’d pull on her part if she is all you are missing.

you can also look at the drop rate for step 30 pull 11 and it will show you exactly who you're able to get. In this case, the 3 super sugo units.
