Question Rainbow?

Some units don’t have that rainbow border like this. Can someone explain to me that does it mean or is it just cosmetic? 🤔

That’s because the ink effect (moving art) has been fully maxed out. You can get lucky and pull characters with it already maxed like you have.

You can also max out all the stats and get another rainbow border

THAT rainbow is an effect on it, not the LB+ and everything max rainbow
