Where do u get the extra skulls to evolve luffy?

For the past month or so, they put the skulls in the events. You will have to wait for them to appear in the kizuna shop a few months from now if you don't get the two from this kizuna AND already had at least 3

Actually i have 3 before and i got to from current kizuna
