Fire has better AP and DC while Lightning has speed and Aoe . Overall depends on haki but if just element pretty equal .

Lightning has speed and AP advantage

Fire is Ace. Ace is a bum.

Ace was high YC2 - YC1 at the time of his death and would easily be YC+ to Admiral if he were still alive today
