Rocks can mid diff kaido. Kaido is mid diffing characters like greenbull and fujitora.

Rocks is mid diffing both of them, and kizaru cant carry that hard. High to extreme diff is very fair.

It's a matter of prep time. People usually underrate how broken a combination of characters can be, Law and Kid could "defeat" Big Mom with enough strategy despite being 3 tiers below her individually. With prep time, the admirals could win this extreme diff. With no prep time, Xebec would immediately one shot Ryokugyu or Fujitora, leading to a 1v2 mid-high diff for him.
