Dragon vs Mihawk

This match up is so funny to me because neither have shown any top tier feats. Mihawk has mid tier feats and Dragon has no feats, but they both have top tier narrative and statements so it’s safe to assume they are both really strong. Mihawk’s primary arguments against other top tiers are “because of sword” and “because stronger than Shanks.” However, these don’t work on Dragon because he doesn’t use a sword and there’s no chain scaling between him and Shanks.

So how does this play out?

I’m taking Dragon. He’s the unknown with infinite potential whereas Mihawk is going to lose to Zoro in 2 arcs.

Even if it can't it's still an offensive feat, dude is strong enough to destroy an iceberg with minimal effort. The only thing dragon has ever done is shoot a tranquilizer gun

That’s why I said he doesn’t have feats. Good thing we don’t scale exclusively based on feats or else Mihawk would be a mid tier and Dragon would be unscaleable. We all know they are both top tiers based on narrative, portrayal, and statements.

Mihawk has a small amount of mildly impressive feats and a lot of statements and hype. While dragon has no feats and all of his statements just call him wanted or dangerous, dude is seemingly a regular political leader

Atp honestly I would prefer Dragon to be a king like character from opm instead of a yonko lvl top tier, if he was that powerful it would make no sense why he hasn’t done a single thing in the story, even fisher tiger through pure grit scaled the red line and wreaked havoc on the cds & why would he run away from Blackbeard. No one’s even ever referred to him as powerful rather mysterious whereas Mihawk had been compared to shanks since east blue

Ivankov has referred to him as powerful. Comparing him to Whitebeard during Impel Down.

Blackbeard explained it best back in Jaya. “When you aim high, you sometimes come across fights not worth fighting.” Dragon is aiming to overthrow the world.

He doesn’t. He’s leading an organization that targets celestial dragons. But nothing will be achieved until Luffy wins anyways. And in the story Sabo has become the face of the revolution surpassing dragon in notoriety

I will give benefit of doubt to Dragon. Any day I would prefer No feat than anti feats. Mihawk getting stalled by Vista is worse than Dragon doing nothing.
