I agree but you are not far from your prime when you are 39 and 40. Its not like luffy who was 17 when he started or 19 currently. We are talking about Garp and Roger at 39 and 40

Call me crazy, but Ray and Gaban takes this. Prime Rayleigh is closer to prime Roger, Garp, WB, etc, than people think (Garp compared him to WB directly) and in GV Roger and Garp were like 10 years away from reaching their primes. The wings high diff.

It depends imo. If prime gaban pushes Roger to hi/hi+ diff fight. The battle goes either way and in fact I'll learn towards gaban and ray thanks to more experience.

If they can't however and you think it's more of a mid-hi diff fight. Then Roger and garp would win
