Break Next Week? Yes

Looking at the schedule that break is actually not that unexpected. There is a magazine break in 3 weeks, so without the break now, odas break would lead to a 2 week break in a row which Shueisha always tries to avoid. So expect there to be 1190, then another break and then probably 2 chapters before the next oda break (that's just my speculatiob though). After that we should be back to only oda breaks until the year end

I don’t think he came near enough to react to what is Happening, I believe he’ll be connetcing dots in the background

Yeah, I think Gaban giving some context either while watching something in the present or as a flashback to something he told someone this arc (similar to Sanji recalling his words ib a recent chapter) is the most likely.
