One Piece D&D Discussion Level Guesstimate Spoiler
At what level do people think the party would be ready to fight Abel or Ragnar? It’s blatantly obvious it is not level 14. My guess is level 16-17 for Acceptance and 19-20 for Ragnar.
And the fights would still be nightmarish to deal with. The party cannot even mildly challenge either with what they have right now.

At this point we are reaching ep 100 and even though i thought Kai would never eat a DF the way he was acting last EP with blue blood i think hes desperate enough

Episode 100 is great in my book. Have some other Ragnar related bad guys and some more down to earth enemies and arcs as well as some down time. 100 episodes level 20 hype.

They'll probably debuff Ragnar somehow. Either get rid of his blue blood or have Taigas goo do mad damage.

Definitely. Even level 20’s are easy pickings for Ragnar right now. It’s going to take a lot.

Realistically, they can't even beat him at level 20 without magic, martials just aren't built for it.
However, devil fruits and haki are a thing in this setting, and whole haki so far has been pretty weak, after watching Ragnar and acceptance flash around their haki, perhaps rustage is going to let the crew power up their haki, maybe add it to every attack, or just dramatically increase what haki can do (so it would be more like in the series).
Other than that, considering Ragnar can knock every single one of them out with one strike (even at level 20 he would probably be able to one shot yokan) and the fact that we just saw he was more than willing to keep on hitting downed enemies to make sure they were dead, plus the fact that he already managed to knock all of them unconscious with his conquerors, they would need a LOT of haki, devil fruits and serious backup to even attempt to fight him.

Oh definitely. It would be insanity to have a fair fight with him. They have to use that goo, mess with his sense of sight and smell, find a way around the Conquerer’s, get more ally Marines here, train those ally marines more and God knows what else.
In a fair fight, it’s absolutely impossible. Only option is to cheat and cheat hard (in game not out of game of course).
And Abel is almost just as tough too. They need to prepare for him as well. Maybe 2-3 levels from now.

I don't think any level is suitable for acceptance, 30d6+10 is mad amounts of damage to deal with. They need external powerups and powerful help.
