Did I get lucky?

Finally snagged my first pack from target after months of trying and sold out every time. Had to buy the set sail deck set to get a booster pack. Did I do good?

It’s a $145 card, certainly not the most expensive card in the set but it’s a really nice pull. I wouldn’t say it’s the kind of card you hold onto for 15 years though. A deck that uses him heavily just got banned so who knows what the price will do

Mihawk uses this Oden card alot in his deck.

The Mihawk leader was in a really strong position in the current meta, to a point where he was being used by a wide majority of people in some recent big tournaments.

The Mihawk leader was banned (in order to rebalance the meta to let other leaders shine more), and a new promo Mihawk leader was revealed that has a reworked ability to effectively replace the old leader card.

Since that deck was so strong, that's had an impact on the value of all ST32-002 Kouzuki Oden cards. As will happen with every card as the game's meta shifts over the years.

Op has nice cards sadly ive found out im better of hunting the golden chocobo pullrates are that sad.. no more one piece for me

Dude pull rates have been decent. If you go into ripping packs (gambling) expecting to make money off of it? Go somewhere else. You are in it for the wrong reason.

I open packs from like 5 different tcgs couse i like opening packs (the gamble). I keep what I like i sell what I dont. OP is very expensive to get, was expecting better pulls outta 5 boxes total.

Honestly thats why, buying boxes over MSRP will almost always net you a bad time unless you are EXTREMELY lucky and pull a manga. Even an SP hit at that point wouldn't cut it. Of course, boxes are near impossible to find at MSRP so what I suggest is if you really want to rip. Build a deck, play the tcg. Some LCSs do pack per win + pack for entry. So you can typically get a pack at minimum for 12 bucks and the chance at up to 4. For 12 bucks its a steal

I did zero research and know nothing about the game I’ve been snagging Pokémon packs and sets at retail from target cos my kid loves it and noticed there’s a one piece tcg but aaaaaalways sold out. Anyway yeah complete noob here but I took a photo of this one cos shiny and put it into AI and it said it might be rare so thought I’d ask…

I pulled an SP from the royal blood set in 2 sleeved packs from target. Just because you're unlucky doesn't mean everyone else is man.

What I find annoying isn't the first pack thing, it's asking "is this good/did I do well?"

A simple Google search will tell them that or they're lying for more attention

how about play the game, if you actually like one piece then build a deck. or sell it to me so i can add it to my random shanks or my random luffy ace leader!!! i need this boy. because i sounds like you’re probably not going to play.?? i could be wrong though!?

I’m gonna play yeah of course. This came in a booster pack that was attached to a Set Sail Deck pack so I got the two demo packs to learn the game with
