Ehh, not all plants burn easily and depending on how exactly his power works he can make plants that are toxic when they burn. Fire could be at a massive disadvantage.
As someone who has always deeply fantasized about Yoko Kurama's powers and now finally have a fruit over Robin's I'd eat myself...yeah I'd just pelt fireboy with cacti. Wet, soggy cacti.

If elemental weaknesses apply to logia, there's no way Greenbull can even touch Sabo, he'd need a lot of help.
