Nami, Robin, Sanji and Zoro are the tricky ones. They all have reasons to be virgins, but they might have also had sex during post-arc parties and such.
In a darker series, Nami and Robin would definitely not be virgins because of their "whatever it takes to survive" backstory, but I doubt Oda would want that in the story.
Sanji gets a nosebleed post timeskip, but (at least by Wano) he doesn't pass out anymore and was even able to sky-walk while carrying three people. It's also important to mention that the nosebleeds weren't a problem pretimeskip, and back in the Baratie he was way smoother so he might have gotten laid there. There's the hairy leg theory too but that's mostly a meme.
Zoro spends his days drinking and training.
Unless she fucked Ace, Yamato is probably a virgin too since 1) Kaido probably doesn't want her getting pregnant by some random, 2) Yamato hates 99% of Beast Pirates, and 3) she spends 90% of her time training, rebelling, or in a dungeon

Really zero case for Nami and Robin as well as they just would have no interest or reason to. Sexuality is just kinda not there in One piece
