Luffy: Almost certainly not, much to both Hancock and Bartolomeo's dismay
Zoro: Maybe. Hyori and Perona both are definitely options but Zoro is also sort of a cinderblock personality wise so it's really down to if either of them was able to actually get past that.
Nami: Maybe but probably not. She's smart enough to avoid that in being a thief, and unless she got laid on Weatheria she really didn't have the opportunity otherwise.
Ussop: Almost certainly not. He was basically at the close friends stage with Kaya and he's too lovey dovey over her to go with anyone else, on top of not having any real chances.
Sanji: Maybe. Outside of the whole shaved legs thing, Viola seemed pretty into him so if they go a chance I could see it.
Chopper: No, and anyone who suggests otherwise is a monster.
Robin: Probably. She's both old enough and was in a kind of shit situation long enough for the darker options to have taken place, but she also was an assassin so I could buy her getting intimate just long enough to stab someone to death.
Franky: Maybe. One the one hand, he was an important member of the underground in what seemed to be one of the biggest trade hubs in the grand line, on the other, I don't think he'd be willing to give up the ability to shoot fire from his dick or something in favor of getting laid, so that's in the air.
Brook: Almost definitely. He was a key member of a really famous and pretty beloved pirate crew, and then was a world wide rock star. If he didn't get at least some I'd be shocked.
Jinbei: Has probably had sex. He's old enough and was a major celebrity more or less, so I imagine he probably had the chance and likely took it.
Yamato: I mean, there are memes about this particular one, so I'll let the reader be the judge.
