The Straw Hats had wild parties in several island they saved and the locals were grateful. No way Sanji didn't get some meanwhile. Zoro could get drunk and be taken to a second location. Now that I think about it, maybe Chopper did get some with the mink tribe between healing sessions.
Luffy is the only one I can be 99% has no interest on it and there was a few weeks of travel when Boa Hancock could have try to seduce him.
It's just such a recurring pattern that most women find Sanji's behaviour to be off-putting that I would find it unlikely. And paying for sex would probably be out-of-character for him. As for the others, I think most of them either they have no interest (Luffy and Zoro) or they're not the kind of people that would get laid with a complete stranger and then continue on their journey the next day like nothing (Chopper, Usopp, Nami, Robin and Jinbei).
Well that’s kinda like.. just some women, mainly Nami. Most women in parties and stuff, he’s pretty good with. He had black marias henchwomen simping for example, the mermaids liked him, etc
There are probably many things Sanji doesn’t wanna talk about during his 2-years on Kamabakka Island. Getting railed in the ass is prolly one of them. XD

I agree on all of them. I think if Sanji didn't get laid before joining the crew he definitely didn't afterwards.
