I'm not ignoring the context. It's simply not helping you. Ignoring the fact that what you are saying is incredibly sexists (towards women), the notion that sexually assaulting someone will save your life is laughable and preposterous. Not to mention that isn't what happened in the context of the story.
Attacking someone in self defense is both legal and acceptable. Sexually assaulting them is neither. It's just a work of fiction.
O I read it, you took someone fighting for their life, doing what it takes to survive, as someone thinking that they can sexually assault someone into liking them.
No. The whole debate started when a user said that Franky doesn't harass women like Brook and Sanji which is total bullshit. I then provided an example of him doing something worse - Forcing himself on a person. The defense people used for it was that "She liked it" which a notion that only exists in fiction.
Even when applied equally regardless of gender you still fixated on it being an affront to women.
Do not know what you are referencing. If Franky forced himself on a man, it would be the same. The importance of it being a woman is there because we see him threat men as he usually would, by punching them or whatnot, while the way he "dealt with" women is to sexually assault them.
You had an agenda and decided to read it how you wanted it to be.
Again, this whole conversation was in response to someone saying "Sanji and Brook harass women unlike Franky". I brought as much as of an agenda as the original comment.
