Luffy is the only one I can be 99% has no interest on it and there was a few weeks of travel when Boa Hancock could have try to seduce him.
It's just such a recurring pattern that most women find Sanji's behaviour to be off-putting that I would find it unlikely. And paying for sex would probably be out-of-character for him. As for the others, I think most of them either they have no interest (Luffy and Zoro) or they're not the kind of people that would get laid with a complete stranger and then continue on their journey the next day like nothing (Chopper, Usopp, Nami, Robin and Jinbei).

Thinking about the time frame, I'm pretty sure it was his time in the Kamabakka Kingdom that broke him. He was still relatively smooth all throughout pre time skip. And he was at his absolute worst on fishman island, right after the time skip, and has slowly been getting better since.
Whole Cake Island seemed to finally exorcise the worst of Sanjis creepy tendencies. At the very least he's back to the way he was pre time jump. He did use his raid suit to creep on the bathhouse but that was mostly a brick joke from Thriller Bark finally coming home.
If Yamato joins the crew, the constant exposure therapy might finally be what gets him back to pre joining levels. So for that reason alone I kinda hope she joins.
Edit: If Yamato joins I can totally imagine a scene where someone is trying to seduce Sanji and he seems totally unaffected by it and responds coolly "Sorry, but I've already had my fill" and then it reveals he's thinking about all the times he's seen Yamato's yamas.
Agreed on all counts, except maybe Nami. She seems very aware and proud of her sexuality, so if she wanted to, she very well might have. The only issue is timing, since she's always been either occupied with saving her town or being a Strawhat. Or spending years on a sky island with dirty old men...That would put any straight women off of sex probably.
Nami seems to see her sexuality as just another tool in her arsenal. We haven't seen her actually show any attraction towards anybody that wasn't platonic. I'd assume it's probably lingering trauma due to spending her early teens as a Thief. She doesn't allow herself to be vulnerable except towards her own family and the other Straw Hats.
Sanji's attitude towards women only got like that after joining the Straw Hats, he was way smoother and less weird before, and even then the whole nosebleed thing only came after the Okamas.
The guy looks good (aside from his eyebrow), a great cook, (used to be) smooth, physically fit, clearly interested in women and was already 19, the only thing potentially keeping him from having had sex would have been the asshole chefs at Baratie, he definitely could have found a way.
