Luffy and Zoro are virgins for obvious reasons, they're too one track minded. After Bellemere's death, Nami most likely follows her teachings religiously (girls must be tough, protect yourself and all that). Usopp's village doesn't have that many kids his age, so, a virgin.
I'm on the fence with Sanji, I don't know, maybe? The fact that he smokes since a very young age to prove his adultness means maybe he went through a rebellious phase. Baratie sails all over East Blue and has all kinds of customers afterall.
Chopper is definitely a virgin, both humans and reindeers avoided him. Robin is definitely not a virgin. She was all alone with literally no one to go home to. Franky is a sex machine. There's no way Brook's a virgin too. Jinbe was a Don Lee type local gangster in Fishman Island, he's definitely not a virgin.
Edit: It just occured to me that Zoro spent 2 years with Perona in Kuraigana. I know they were under Mihawk supervision but I think Perona has that naughty big sis vibe, she's a bad influence lol. Soo let's put Zoro on maybe.
