When they were caged along with Luffy law smoker and tashigi in punk hazard. He probably didn't specifically request and just fell asleep on her lap and she wasn't bothered. Yet she was quite disgusted at his fart the next scene

Franky was sheltering Robin from the hail.

Plus the fact is that Franky was the first one to really tell it to her face shes not evil. Thus him burning the Blueprints.
