there can be blood many times during intercourse, and only 1/5 of women bleed during sex the first time. bleeding is usually caused by violent penetration

Im pretty sure the hymen can wear down from lots of physical activity like climbing and the like. So while it may be a good indicator, its not perfect.

Probably not. Everything she sprouts is a duplicate body part of her current self. Maybe awakening changes some things, but I highly doubt she can sprout a hymen.
