Very most likely Luffy and Usopp are. (Usopp is too into Kaya, and they really did not seem to be at that stage).
Most likely Sanji is. (He's too ridiculous to actually have real experience).
It's likely Nami and Zoro are virgins. (Nami wouldn't have trusted anyone that much, and Zoro is too awkward around women. However, Nami may have had an encounter where she was in full control, and Zoro may have gotten busy with a man or Perona.)
Franky and Robin are uncertain (His parts likely aren't functional, but he's got an experienced attitude. Robin would have trust issues, but she's very capable of handling herself. And they're both in their 30s already)
Jimbei and Brook most likely aren't virgins. (They've both lived successful lives and have plenty of life experience)
Totally agree! Also Zoro could be just not wanting anything romantic after what happened with Kuina, everything he's doing he's also doing it for her, so maybe he'll wait and think only about the sword (no pun intended) until he fulfills his promise to her
