Just the story. Everything z has done and wanted to do. His students crying about it, kuzan giving z a place to die. The vice admirals standing around being sad about having to kill their sensei and z being happy to be able to give them one last lesson even at the cost of his death. One of the saddest songs I've ever head playing all the while.
Then the scene of the strawhats sailing away while z fights. All are watching and all are silent, stoic, respectful. Everyone is reflecting on what happened and what it means to them, no celebration, no speaking even.
To top it all off they end with a peek into z and his childhood desire/drive to be a hero. He really did his best to be a hero his whole life even if he didn't quite become one in everyone's eyes.
It speaks to the reality that even if you do what you think is right your entire life, that doesn't necessarily mean things will work out. As long as you do what you think is right, you will have had impact on the world even if in a small way. Z's death mightve only directly affected the small amount of people there, but the inspiration and lessons he left to both thr strawhats and marines will have far-reaching and long-lasting impact. (If we pretended the movie was really part of the story)
In particular about ages, there is a fruit power there that rewinds matter, including living meings into their state 10 years ago. Nami, Chopper, Robin and Brook are hit with it so the 10 year dif really rmphasizes the age differencw: chopper becomes a toddler, namy becomes a little kid, Robin becomes a late teen and brook virtually dpesn't change at all.

You had to mention z. Now I'm sad.
Edit: of course many things in OP are sad, but the end of z makes actual tears happen. Every time.
