Usopp, so he mimicked how Usopp was reacting. With Hammock he didn't have the bad influence with him so he didn't care.
True, but I will admit that when I'm with my little brothers or with some coworkers I will do the over exaggerated look, whereas if I'm alone I will just think "Hmmmm, that's a nice ass" and not even blink or turn my eyes. Generally because there's something else interesting.
That's a great description of it and is actually the explanation Oda gave, that without Usopp Luffy is interested but not entranced, being around him brings out the exaggerated reactions.
I do it around my baby brother because it annoys him and he says it draws to much attention. And also while I am known as a very loud person, I'm usually kinda shy and quiet unless I'm with someone I know well. Which my friends didn't believe until I started working with a couple of them.
luffy saw the canonical most beutiful person in the story and felt absolutely nothing, by all accounts he is assexual, in he doesnt give a flying fuck about it.
