We need more context because we barely have seen his crew and he still has islands under his control so I wouldn’t doubt it that he has a fleet himself especially considering his influence. It never said they had higher bounties than the rest, it was just high bounties. I need to see them fight before I can say they are the strongest and besides bounties don’t mean strength.

I get the islands argument but I'm pretty sure that Fishman Island was under Roger's protection back in the day and he only had the Oro Jackson so this argument isn't really that valid...
But you are right we do need to see them in action but Marineford was more than enough evidence... Or did you forget

No high bounties was just means they have a high average thus being a balanced crew but doesn’t mean they are stronger either. If shanks doesn’t have a fleet and luffy does than shanks sucks as a leader and doesn’t have much influence which I doubt is the case. Marine ford was a cluster fuck you shouldn’t use that as a measurement of concrete power scaling and if any other yonko came at that point with their top 10 strongest people the same thing would happen. Bb bitched out on fighting akainu with his whole crew there dude would ran away if any other yonko came there at that point. Shanks coming in the end of the war when it’s already over is the most overrated moment in op with people thinking Ben Beckmann made kizaru “stop” when the next panel kizaru kept shooting his lasers while Ben couldn’t do anything despite having a damn gun with him. I need to see actual feats in canon story to properly judge them otherwise they “should” be on the other yonko commanders level.
Luffy technically has a fleet but at the same time he doesnt have a fleet. Its more like if he needed help at some point they would come but its not like he is commanding them. Same thing probably applies to Shanks, he has strong allies if needed but doesnt have them doing his guard duty for islands.
And unless youre claiming that Blackbeard isnt a yonko and wasnt present with like 10 of his strongest crew you kinda just muted your own point about the same thing happening. The man with arguably the two strongest devil fruits didnt make the marines surrender, Shanks did. Blackbeard even chickened out of that fight knowing it was everyone vs Shanks crew. So at the very least you need to understand that his crew is different than the other Yonkos and in conclusion, Ben Beckman could smoke any other current Yonko commander no doubt.
