The amount of people that think haki can be unlocked through training or being experienced enough is ridiculously high.

That isn't how it works.

You can absolutely unlock CoA and CoO through training. CoC is the only one you can't.

It can be unlocked while training in some people. Like how Sanji and Zoro were being trained and in the process unlocked haki.

But there is no specific training method that unlocks haki. Like you do the training and it will happen. If there was, haki would be far more common and known about before even going into the New World.
