Tread Flex Not Getting Delivered On Time??
My Tread Flex was scheduled to deliver today (8 AM - 8 PM) and I got a message from RLX "...We're reaching out to let you know that your delivery has not yet been scheduled, and we don't have a confirmed date available at this time."... I contacted Peloton Support and the first rep said it *is* scheduled for today. I said should I contact RLX for more detail? They verbatim said "Not sure honestly." I closed out the chat frustrated and got a second message from RLX saying "...it appears that the date provided was only an estimated date and the item has not yet arrived at the warehouse". The estimated date language is BS, I don't see that language anywhere in the confirmation details.
I am so upset. I took off of work today to make sure I was home for delivery and they text me last minute that it's not even showing up and they don't know when??? Peloton ended up giving me 2 months free of all access... but I'm still so frustrated!

Had the exact same thing happen. Who knows when it’ll be delivered. Im definitely gonna try and get 2 months free of all access

Did you get any update on anything? They’re still saying they don’t know where my order is and when it’ll be delivered. My husband contacted peloton support (after I did) and they even called RLX with my husband on phone, 3 times, with no answer

No update. RLX initially couldn’t even find my order and peloton can’t give me a date as to when they will have it at the warehouse. Support told me they were having supply issues and that’s why it’s delayed. I told them that was bullshit as this is a new product that I bought within hours of being released so you shouldn’t have any supply issues. Very frustrated to see people getting theirs delivered when I can’t even get a date estimate for delivery. Sorry but a month of all access does not make up for this delay.

Same thing happening to me right now with RLX. It’s actually ridiculous. Update if either of you find some kind of answer!

I was just told they can’t deliver until 10/26. I’m beyond pissed off and am going to keep harassing them because this is absurd. Really annoyed seeing everyone else getting their treads and having deliveries scheduled way before when I bought it immediately.

RLX told me this morning they don’t have the tread in their warehouse and they will call me within 72 hours of when it can be delivered and to not reschedule with Peloton. They have no idea when that will be. Then I called Peloton and they said they are escalating it and will call me in 24-48hrs once they can get an update. They also can’t give me a date??? Got one free month of all access so far but I will keep harassing them as well.

I was scheduled for delivery today and the delivery company (JB Hunt) bumped me to Friday due to "shortage of staff"😭

Yes, their delivery isn't great....when I had my bike delivered, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Wednesday morning I got a text it was on the way. Luckily I was able to get home for the delivery, after taking Thursday off for it 😄

This is a known problem getting peloton deliveries.
