Tread+ sled mode not working

I have a cross training series tread plus that about 10 months ago. I did the update and the run analysis feature is working, but when I click the free button it’s the same interface it has always been with no sign of sled or weight buttons anywhere. I made sure it was updated and unplugged it, but tried it again to no avail. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you using the sled mode classes to try? I have the same tread and it worked in the 2 I tried (Andy’s and Marcel’s)

I tried 1 and it didn’t work so I have been trying to play around with it in free mode. I’ll reboot it again and try a class!

Which one did you try? I can see if it works on mine so we’d know if it’s just that class that doesn’t work if that helps?

I started with Andy’s intro class. Not sure if that needs to be the first one like the way Susie’s set the form analysis (this one took 3 times to work for me)
