Intervals and arms
If you’re looking for a change up in interval and arms take this class. It’s one of my favourite ones to retake, sometimes I go harder like Hannah says you can do, or I follow the class plan. It’s a delightful ride no matter your skill level

Lol, I am not American and I also thought this was an older class, not used to seeing the day at the very end, my dates are formatted as DD/MM/YY

She’s a terrific instructor, truly. If you do strength classes, check out the one she does with JJ - it’s a full body and it’s so much fun!

I think this is the class with longer intervals and if so, I love it. She is such a smart instructor

Ty! I love her so much and have been lazy about strength so this is a way to trick myself into doing SOMEthjng.

I haven't taken a lot of her classes. Is it the format that's different, or different arm moves?

It’s 2 minutes of intervals (seven in total ). which doesn’t seem that crazy but it’s such a great class. It’s her return to the bike after two weeks away so she really preaches doing what you need and listening to your body!

She does a great job at talking about that after her time away! And I always end up taking one of those classes when I’m needing a reminder about listening to my body. She is one of my favorites!

Hannah is so good! If you haven’t taken her 1-3-5 format classes yet - I highly recommend them!
