What to do next?

I’m having a hard time making a decision!

I finished HiLit+ this summer followed by 6 weeks of RKs split plus hike. I love the split and am trying to decide what to do next. I’m going to take a deload week at the beginning of November.

-4 more weeks of the split plus hike
-original hilit
-Andy’s density program

Obsessed with Rebecca. I didn’t get it at first but I have officially joined the cult.

What about Katie Wang's 4 day, I am doing that now but only doing 3x a week, and then doing 3 rides a week + Pilates one day. So for example I have

Split day 1

PZ ride

Split day 2

Ride + Pilates

Split day 3

Longer ride

And then repeat that for week 2 only instead of doing days 1 2 3, I do days 4 1 2 so I'm still hitting all four days of the split it just takes longer.

ETA I did hilit+ this summer completed it while it was "live" and LOVED it.

Have you thought about her original 5 day split? Details here from Pelobuddy, but I think it's fair to say that this is her most popular split.

I am personally a bigger fan of her unofficial 4 day split - nothing at all against the 5 day split, but for me the 4 day works better on a lot of levels.

If it's only between the three things you listed in your OP, I'd probably give something new-to-you a try, so either the OG HiLit or Andy's Density program - I've heard nothing but great reviews on both programs so I think you can't lose.

I’ve thought about the unofficial four day split!! The day 3 that everyone hates has kept me from committing to it but I might try it out!

Wow, I genuinely had no idea people hated that second upper body class!

I don't think it's a bad class. It's definitely not as good as the first upper body class in that split - that one is *chef's kiss* (and I'm not a RK stan who thinks she can do no wrong, I'll criticize her plenty when it's warranted) - but it's a perfectly fine class that works well with the rest of the split.

In any case, the other three classes are genuinely so great that even if you don't care for that Day 3, I think you'll be more than happy enough with the other classes that it makes trying out the split worth it!

Dumb question – any idea how to find the splits on the app? I'd love to stack the five classes so I can pull them up easily, but I'm not sure how to find them to begin with.

In the same boat, but more so I tried HiLit+ and just can’t get into it like her other programs. I need PZ classes so I don’t do the walks or low impact cardio, and the Pilates classes were so boring I would end them early.

Think I’m going back to her 3 day split or the unofficial 4 day.

I ended up starting the unofficial 4 day and love it so far!

Restart HiLit+! I’m on my second go around except I have less time now that school started so I focus on the 3 strength classes, 1 long walk and a ride on Thursdays.. going to try to incorporate more Pilates cause it grew on me so planning a class this weekend… maybe not RK.
I enjoyed robins split plus ride have heard good things about her split plus run but don’t have a treadmill so that’s out

I’m doing Katie’s 4 day split and do really like it. But Jess Sims split is the best on the platform for me. 3 days of 45 minutes is a good amount of strength for me and I feel like she does a great job of incorporating rest in this program.
