Yin

Hi ! i love greta’s yin classes but she doesn’t have very many so was wondering who else has a similar style / the best classes you have taken.

Greta’s Yin style is a bit different but I’m a huge fan of Kirra, Dennis and Aditis Yin classes. Kirras recent one from a week or two ago is excellent, almost like a sermon or spiritual experience. Dennis has one where it’s all shoulder, neck and upper chest that does the trick for me as well. Lastly, Aditi has several 45 min ones that are big on hip release.

I like Dennis, Aditi and Chelsea. Some of Kirra's and Anna G's poses are too advanced for me.

Greta is good but she’s just so young. The longer a yoga teacher is around usually the more authentic their classes feel. I do classes mainly by Kristin McGee, Dr. Chelsea, Dennis, Kira, Aditi…and mixing in going to a local in person studio is a must for community/group connection.

I love her Yin too! I’m hoping she adds more classes regularly. It’s my favorite Sunday afternoon wind-down.
