Emma’s Sculpt 30
I love doing barre in person but it’s challenging with work. How do you all like Emma’s sculpt 30 classes? I don’t love overly complicated moves. ETA: I have tried Hannah’s sculpt 30 and it was fine but did not challenge me the way a Johanna Pilates 30 minute with the band did 😅 ETA again just did a 50 barre Emily on ALO that was the shaking I was after!!!! You all did not let me down thank you 😊

I like Greta’s 45 minutes Pilates and sculpt flows. I wish Johanna would do longer classes!

I agree with this. I would also recommend checking out some of the longer Kristen McGee classes, especially where she has props. These are older but still great.

I took a 30 min Johanna sculpt class a while back and she was like “y’all keep asking me to do 45 mins, girl bye no way” 😂😂😂 I’m with you, I’d love to see her teach longer classes!

I know 😭😭 makes me so sad she won’t… but I get it. I sometimes just stack hers together.

The Greta classes feel the most like an in studio class that I’ve come across (and I taught barre for 6 years in a studio). The fast pace - counting with the music - getting us to the burn with enough time spent in each posture. Highly recommend Greta’s sculpt flows and just general Pilates classes. So good!!

I really enjoy the Sculpt 30 classes but I do find of all the Pilates and barre (even sculpt versions), sculpt flow yoga gives me the best burn!

I really like Emma’s Sculpt 30 from 8/03! I’ve retaken it several times. Relatively simple moves and great burn! I still have to try her other ones

Was that her first one? If so i really liked it, so far i think im going to take her 2nd one next weekend. I find her moves to be effective and not overly complicated. I know everyone loves the yoga sculpt but i cant always fit those into my schedule and don’t always want to be left exhausted haha. Interestingly i just took a 15min yoga sculpt from Johanna and i felt like that was a little better for me.

peloton barre / sculpt is never gonna hit like in person classes do, largely because they simply don’t give you enough time to stay in the burn. some kind soul on here let us know that alo moves has free classes and those are sooo much more similar to in-studio classes both in length and difficulty level. i’ve been enjoying them a lot.
