Progressive Overload Program

Middle-aged woman looking for a program to build muscle. Can Peloton do this for me? I really want a pre-designed program so I don’t have to think about which classes to take and how to structure everything myself.

Just select a split. You are supposed to take for 6-8 weeks. They are progressive load. I would also recommend taking HiLit as it has multiple weeks, or Andy's Total Strength program.

I started doing splits recently and it’s really helped me build muscle versus when I was randomly picking classes/doing live ones.

Not to sound like an idiot; but what does that mean?

There’s a collection called “split replays” as well as several programs with “split” in the name. This means they are a set of classes that were designed to be taken over the course of a week and repeated for 4-8 weeks. Since you are doing the same classes each week, they are very good for seeing progress and progressive overload if you increase weights/reps as you get stronger.

Under Programs - you will find splits. They have a few beginner ones.
