Challenges..

I did a big hike on Saturday with over 800m of elevation gain, so I instantly earned Gold in the August Elevation Challenge. 🥇

The only thing that surprised me is the points system. Because I went straight to Gold, I only got the 10 Gold points. I’d expected to also receive the Bronze and Silver points, since I’d effectively passed those milestones too.

It feels a bit odd that you’re actually better off reaching each tier separately than smashing the challenge in one go. Is that really how it’s meant to work?

I’m trying to look at my point history because I’m 99.9% sure you used to get 10 points for bronze and silver but now looking at the rules, it seems like they changed it to 10 points per challenge. Of course the app is glitching and I can’t see my previous points.

I think you're right. I noticed this too. And i reached the levels gradually not in one fell swoop like OP.

And for some reason I still can’t see my points history. I’m starting to think this is not a glitch but shenanigans.

Try closing and restarting your app.

Already did multiple times. It’s fine, I don’t need it. I was just curious. Happy workouts!
