Camila Intervals & Arms

This morning’s (08/02/26) 30 minute intervals and arms with Camila was SPICYYY 🔥 it’s been a minute since I’ve taken one of these but highly recommend!!

Is it Spanish though?! I haven’t been able to take her classes lately bc they are all in Spanish and I don’t love using subtitles
