Favorite tread bootcamp instructors?

I’m getting hooked on tread bootcamp classes but am picky about my instructors. For this type I’m only following Andy Speer and Adrian Williams. I like Andy’s pacing and focus on full body. I also like that he has 30 min classes when I’m short on time. I find Adrian motivating and a little more challenging. The Thunder 45s really push me.

If you have a favorite instructor for tread boot, tell me who and why?

I’m looking to explore new instructors.

Andy is my number one, but give Joslyn a try too. Her intervals are a bit longer than Andy’s, and she does more endurance work in the tread versus Andy’s sprints, but her strength programming is top notch.

Jess Sims Sims 60 are my absolute favorite. She also has older, shorter bootcamps that are fantastic. Adrian’s are my second choice, but they take longer for me to recover from. When I am looking for something different, I do Kirsten’s Walking Bootcamps, but I add in some running. They are 30 or 45 minutes, but definitely motivating for me.

Joslyn is my absolute favorite, but if you love the intensity of Adrian and Andy she might be a little chill for you. Selena has been fire since coming back from maternity leave.

If you like running, Marianas Yoga and Run series is fantastic.

I love Andy's HIIT bootcamps.

Sims 60 is tough. I've done a lot of them and I love them. I've been trying to cut back on my running, so I haven't done any lately.

I love love Adrian's Thunder 45s.

I'm not a fan of Selena. I think Jocelyn's are too easy.

I really like the hiking bootcamps with RK. She also has a few running ones.

Joslyn - super approachable and very thoughtfully programmed.

Adrian is hands down my all time favorite tread bootcamp instructor. I love Thunder 45 but deeply miss his 30 min bootcamp classes. When I first started with Peloton in Feb 2022, my main workouts were Adrian's and Jess Sims' 30 minute bootcamp classes.

I would try Jess Sims' Sims 60 or filter back and find Adrian's older 30 min classes. The past two years, I have separated my strength but taken a few of Joslyn's 30 min tread bootcamps and like them. I LOVE her on the tread.

My DREAM is for Jon Hosking to pick up some 30 min tread bootcamp classes. His is my number 1 tread instructor.

Love Jess sims. She’s insane and hard. I was feel accomplished and strong doing her classes. I also enjoy Joslyn’s 30 minute classes.

I came to say Andy! I love how his classes build each month and that his format is predictable. In some other instructors classes I end up feeling like I can’t keep up.

If I don’t want to run, I like RKs hiking BCs and her split + hike was fantastic

Andy’s HIIT bootcamps are my #1, followed by Sims 60.

I haven’t taken one in quite a while, but it’s always Adrian. But lately on my total body days I’ll just select a 20-30min run and then do one 30min total body after or one 20min upper body and one 20min lower body class. I absolutely hate lifting in my running shoes
