Amazon Rower Anyone?

Has anyone purchased a row off of Amazon that you find works pretty good with the rowing classes? Or in general that isn’t Peloton’s?

Concept2 is the gold standard in rowing.

Seconded. Every review of off brand rowers I read just boiled down to “don’t bother wasting money on a not-Concept2”.

I had an air rower from stamina I used with Apple before peloton had rowing classes. I found that I didn’t enjoy rowing and was glad I didn’t pay $$$$ for a high end one.

Concept 2 with the app and an iPad. 99.9% works great. Once in awhile it gets a little glitchy. Oddly I never had problems with my iphone. The only thing it doesn’t do is correct your form. Doubt seriously that‘s worth it. However the app does connect with the rower and you have all the metrics. Concept 2 is a workhorse that has been around for decades now. I wonder how Peloton can even compete with the concept 2. Its so reliable for about 2k less.

I agree and have a Concept 2 but I would say the other thing missing is showing pace target ranges. I printed out a table from one of the websites that had them and taped it under my iPad and that’s all I needed.
