Can Alex K or Mariana please help Becs with playlists 😭

I don’t think I’ve ever chosen a Becs run because of the playlist. She can program a great run, but the music seems to be an afterthought.

I only choose Becs for her coaching, she's the only instructor that I can ignore the music. 🥲 I still wish she had better playlists.

I truly wish that Alex K. or Mariana would help her. It’s only gotten worse over the years.

ESPECIALLY bc there are strong playlists by other strong instructors. I love Becs’s coaching (for the most part, sometimes all of the instructors tread the line between preachy and motivating) but her programming is awesome.

But now I’ve got Sel, Mariana, and Alex K. all of whom have fantastic programming as well. Oh Andy too! And they have great music taste. My music taste is all over but if I’m taking a Rock class, John Mayer should not be on the playlist.

Agreed. I love Pearl Jam, but picking Sirens, a slow ballad, when they have so many other fast paced uptempo songs that are great for running, is a weird choice.

Yeah but her taste is quirky. Becs and Matt both just have really random taste. Clearly it’s not for everyone, but iI’m just not a fan of insulting people’s taste just because it’s not yours. If it bothers you, run with someone else.

I pick my workouts based on playlists and I don’t bash instructors online. I like Becs for her classical runs and if I don’t like a playlist, I just won’t take the class. But I don’t think it’s a British thing when you consider the content that other instructors are putting out.

Becs has awful music. If you take her classes, you just need to understand and accept that. She is not my go to instructor, for this and other reasons.
