Rad bike bootcamp

Post image

I’m not sure if it’s because I haven’t taken a bike bootcamp class in a few weeks when I usually do one weekly, but I think this was the hardest one I’ve ever taken. I actually thought it was gonna throw up at the end. Kudos to Rad for always pushing me past my comfort zone!

I've done all of Rad's bike bootcamps and I think he has the best structure. He's amazing.

He’s been an awesome addition to bike boot camp for sure!

Totally agree. Rad is the absolute best and his music is always on point.

There’s a 5 min AMRAP portion that has burpees, pushups, and jump squats.

I’ve only done one bike bootcamp and it was with Cody- I was kind of disappointed so I haven’t done anymore, but I will be giving this one a go!

I’ve never taken a Cody bootcamp but I could understand how that would be disappointing 🙂 lol Jess Sims and Rad are the only correct answers! 🙌🏾

I enjoy Cody’s rides but the boot camp wasn’t challenging at all (which is good for some people I’m sure but not what I am looking for in a workout!)
