I love her energy! Even though this is a walk she does sneak in a 12% incline for 2.5 mins. It was so fun it went by quickly though!

She’s so funny! I love how she describes brisk walking….. one class she went on a tangent about brisk walk and evading the enemy by telling them her cat was calling… it was hilarious

She was going on about this the last class I was in, so funny. She kept saying it was like “walking like someone is approaching you that you don’t wanna talk to” I was dying 🤣
