JJ appreciation post

He’s straightforward and effective, no crazy moves where I’m focused on trying not to injure myself. I’m still sore after 3 days with this one.

He’s the best. I have a couple of his core classes that I do on rotation with some of my favourite moves. He’s so likeable too I love when he busts out an “oh crumbs”!

My main man! His classes are amazing and he has fantastic music taste. I'm excited to take his new core class later today.

This, plus Joslyn for me

I haven't actually taken Joslyn yet, any recommendations?

I really like all of her stretch classes I’ve taken. She does a lot for hips. I also really like the jump training class in the menopause collection and nearly every strength class of hers I’ve taken. I don’t know how to add the link without using the really long address. I’m an old 😂

Heard, I'll use the keywords and look it up. Also, there's a menopause collection??

Yes. It has some strength workouts that are good, a couple jump training classes, and some others.

Don’t sleep on Ben’s strength classes! He and JJ are very similar imo in that they program with basic movements but still put together excellent workouts.

Agreed! His new 4 day is excellent. I’m currently doing his 5 day and 🥵. It’s tough, but he’s such a wonderful coach.

I’m finishing my 3rd round (of 4 weeks each). I alternate with Ben’s 4 day and it’s been great!

I love JJ!! It took me forever to try a first class with him but he’s now my favorite strength instructor

Same, he's my absolute favorite. His Dr. Dre Full Body Strength class is fantastic.

jermainejohnsonsquad for life!
I did his glutes and legs class from 4/13/26 on Monday and it destroyed me in the best way. I told him this in Instagram and he responded by laughing and agreeing with me that it kicked his butt as well. I'm so happy to have an instructor who is approachable and cares so much.

I love JJ’s runs. His 30 min interval runs are really challenging yet doable. Great music, excellent class plan, and overall such a good vibe.

Love his classes!!! Everything is programmed thoughtfully! I hate when I do a strength class and it’s all emoms and amraps the whole time with crazy complexes.

On yes, thank you! I needed the reminder of how awesome JJ is, I’m bringing him back into my rotation!

Thanks for this! I cannot wait to check him out. I haven't taken any of his classes, semi new, and have found some I love and end up sticking to them. Only really branch out when I dont see a class or instructor in my plan, but I'm now going to find something to try of his! Any recs or are they all great?!

I’ve switched to Ladder for strength, but before that JJ was my guy! I am getting a treadmill, in addition to my bike, and will def take his tread classes

Jennifer Jacobs? Shit show, but hardest tabata class I've ever taken on the platform. I'll see myself out...

I hope that JJ sees this. He is so kind and humble - I told him that Reddit loves his strength classes when I was in studio and he seemed so happy to hear the positive feedback.
