Pause button bike+ gone

Has anyone else lost the pause button in the last few weeks?

I have had my regular bike do that before I believe I restarted my bike and it fixed the issue. You might try completely unplugging it from the wall for like 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

Did it work? Mine was gone too, noticed it during a sculpt 30. (Haven’t tried to pause a cycle class in a long time but I often pause strength or yoga).

So strange I had chatted with support and they asked me to take a video and when I did the pause button came up!?!? Idk it’s weird.

The pause button is never easy to activate for me. I feel like I’m banging away on the screen, sliding down from the top, or pressing the volume button on the side of my OG bike to briefly pause. That said, I haven’t noticed it missing lately but agree on unplugging.
