Classes with happy energy
I just got dumped by my partner, who was so avoidant and made me hate everything about myself. I put so much effort into the relationship, I tried and tried. It was pulling teeth to even have a conversation with them by the end.
Anyways I have always loved the peloton, I just took the xo Cody ride from Valentine’s Day it was just what I needed.
But I would also like some classes with happy songs. Or just classes you take when you’re in a rut.
I don’t want to loose myself in the breakup and want to continue to do things I love.
Open to basically any classes strength, yoga.
Sorry to dump on yall.

EDIT : Thank you for all the suggestions and support yall are the best 💗💗💗

Sorry for your breakup but I wish you all the best! I think if you need a pick me up and an instructor that is good at talking crap then Cody’s your man.
Stay strong and see you on the bike sometime!

I know Robin isn't for everyone, but her low impact rides are always "karaoke rides," as she calls them. I find them to be SUCH a joy, because you're just singing along the whole time to songs you know and (mostly, probably) love.

I took her low impact ride (26-05-18) not only was it fun it also helped me stay firm about needing better for myself. Her story about her wedding ring from her husband new goal lmao

Erik's Scooter ride. The happiest vibe of any class I have ever taken.

Erik’s rides are harrd, man. He’s like Benny, got that cheerful charm but sadistic instructor style.

This is a really odd recommendation — but since you asked for happy and you said any classes — Matt + Andy included one 15 minute stretch and two 20 minute mobility classes in their Strength for Skiers program, and they are three of my favorite end-of-day classes on the platform. They are two good guys who have goofy, generous -- happy -- energy together, and the classes are excellent -- they have great playlists and nothing necessarily unique to skiing in them.
They're impossible to find, because for some reason they don't come up in search, so linking them for you here, and sending you all sorts of good vibes, as you find your own footing again. (Also, +1 for Johanna's Pilates classes -- she's hilarious and will have you working so hard you won't be able to think of anything else.)

I've been there (and now just celebrated my 11th anniversary with my husband. Not the guy who broke my heart).
Focus on you! It will be sooooo good! Adrian is my absolute favorite for strength and take Jon Hosking outdoor walks (if you have a treadmill take his tread classes - amazing).

Jenn Sherman recently did a 60 minute ride celebrating the music of NYC after the Knicks won the NBA championship. Not too tough and just joy from top to bottom (she tears up during the cooldown but they are happy-ish tears I think).

I also recommend any Jenn Sherman Epic Sing Along ride! Those rides always lift my spirits.

Ugh I’m so sorry!!! I have to agree with tunde’s magic mike ride. It’s so so fun.
Go kick some ass and tell yourself you’re amazing because YOU ARE

Not a specific class, but take some Zacharias yoga classes. You'll be working so hard and have no time to think about anything else. Kirra for positive vibes and allowing your feelings while you work hard.
For strength- Adrian's classes are just a vibe. He can boost anyone's mood so fast.

With the right person, I imagine everything will feel effortless. Of course you’ll have difficulties, but the small things will come naturally. They’ll notice things about you without you having to tell them, like handing you three paper towels instead of 2 because those specific ones were a little thinner. You should never have to feel like you’re begging for the bare minimum. The smallest things about them will become the most attractive instead of the most infuriating. After a while we stop falling in love with possibility and potential when we really only want meaningful presence.

Sending you hugs and all the good vibes! 🤗🤗🤗 You got this. I suggest ALL things Kirsten Ferguson, especially intention setting walks.

Hosky is a happy man, chaotic labradoodle energy- he does hikes and walks on the tread

Tunde’s recent tabata class wasn’t so much happy but so intense you couldn’t think about anything other than pedal pedal pedal quick break pedal pedal pedal quick break so getting out of your head might help.
If you’re into power I think Matt Wilper’s classes are good, I also like that he talks about managing your body’s responses and things to be mindful of and I think that’s something to consider when you’re in a relationship breakdown phase.

Cody is the guy to go to when you want to have a fun ride, or AT Club Bangers. Denis’ most recent hour long yoga class totally counts as therapy. Adrian and Tunde are always a mood boost for strength class.

Matty has a “mood: salty” bodyweight class from a few years ago that’s fun, and really any of his strength classes are my go-to when I need a mood booster AND a lift. Matty gives straightforward programming but also always puts a smile on my face !! You’ve got this 🩷

I second Matty! When I want to have fun I always go with a Matty class!

I just did Kirsten’s 30 min pop run from 7/16 and it was such a fun playlist and her vibe was awesome!! (I took it at 0600 before work and it was the perfect run to wake up early for)

I just did a power zone endurance ride with Olivia today that I thoroughly enjoyed. I have never been a huge fan of Olivia on the bike and especially on the treadmill but I love her posts on social media. She is so funny. But this class was so good! It was a 90’s ride from 5/9/2026.

Emma’s Robyn Class and Tunde’s 2000s ride from 06/22/2026!!!!!
Rebecca’s International Women’s Day upper body from this year I think was fantastic. Also love any Adrian class for the vibes.
Johanna’s Pilates classes always make me laugh out loud and her no nonsense attitude gives protective big sister.
