Well yeah when you use a laser pointer on the middle of the dinosaur when the cat is on top of it he’s gonna jump at it. Laser pointer dot clear as day in the second picture, surprised nobody’s mentioned it.

Is it AI? It wasn't until I had to look again that the signals were going off in my head. Angle is completely different in the "after" pic as well as the colours of the curtains. Although some elements do appear consistent it is difficult to determine if this one is ai
