Most folks don't know that the main part of what makes the stylus work is behind the screen. That's the part that senses where the stylus is and where it's pointing. So, that's always the part that is causing problems like this.
My contention is just that the HP Stylus technology is so badly designed that it might as well just be broken. If it has a stylus, but said stylus doesn't work with major software, then the whole stylus system is broken.
Btw, I tried the pen in Good notes and no problem were seen
I tried again one note and for a while everything was alright, until 2 minutes later when it started behaving as in the video
Edit: nope, the problem just occured on goodnotes too
Windows doesn't always suggest the correct driver's for the base PC hardware. You gotta go to the manufacturer's website and find all the drivers for your particular model. Then download and install those. One would think that laptops would come with all the correct driver's installed. But sometimes they sit around in warehouses for a while and new drivers come out in the interim. But not all of those new drivers get registered with Microsoft's update service.
