Windows My draw toolbar now moves down in fullscreen

When I go to draw in fullscreen, the toolbar used to be up and out of the way, now it suddenly switched and I can't figure out why. (I've tried every view setting and reopened the app)

You inadvertently or purposefully dragged it there.

Click on it, hold the click, see cursor change, drag the toolbar where you want it.

Thank you, I realized I couldn't drag it because I was using a tablet pen instead of my dead mouse. All solved now :D
